Apartment 'Fewo Birkenallee - Lavendel' with Private Terrace

  • Our stylishly furnished and barrier-free apartment "Lavendel" offers comfortable relaxation for 4 people (extra bed for 2 additional people possible in the living room). Come to relax and unwind and take advantage of the cultural offers near and far.



    We are Anneli and Wolfgang Hauschild and welcome you to our vacation apartments Birkenallee. Our cozy village Deinste belongs to the municipality of Fredenbeck in the district of Stade. The place is characterized by modern agriculture and idyllic landscape. Our house in Birkenallee is located on a 25,000 m² natural property with a beautiful large flower garden. It is located directly next to the nature reserve and on the route of the historic "Moorexpress-Bahn", which runs from Stade to Worpswede and on to Bremen. The house was built in 1966 and was completely renovated and converted into three stylish vacation apartments in 2013.



    Deinste is easily accessible via the B 73 and B 74 federal highways. From the highway A 1, exit Hollenstedt, you can reach us in just under 40 minutes.



    We also offer the apartments 'Apfel' and 'Rose' for 2 persons each.

    Waste separation. When moving out, leave the apartment swept clean and in proper condition. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee will be charged. Consideration for other guests. Observance of the night's rest. Close windows/doors when leaving the apartment. Conscious use of electricity, water and heating. The landlord is not liable for items brought by the guest. The guest is liable for all damages that he, his fellow travelers or his visitors have culpably caused in the house of the apartment, in the apartment itself or on the inventory of the apartment. If the keys are lost, the guest must pay compensation for their replacement and, if necessary, for the installation of new locks and for consequential damage.

Pros: Wir, zwei befreundete Paare, haben zum Jahreswechsel die Lavendelwohnung angemietet. Vom herzlichen Empfang über die Bereitstellung von Kaffee und Tee fehlte es an nichts. Die Küche war super ausgestattet, das Bad schön groß mit genügend Abstellfläche. Dekoration ist farblich geschmackvoll abgestimmt auf das Thema "Lavendel". Einziges Manko ist die etwas abgelegene Lage, wenn man nicht auf das Auto angewiesen sein möchte. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Die geschmackvoll eingerichtete „Lavendel“ Wohnung, hat durch ihre barrierefreie Einrichtung, uns erst einen erholsamen Urlaub ermöglicht. Da unsere Tochter, auf den Rollstuhl, sowie Duschstuhl angewiesen ist, war ihre Versorgung durch die großen Wohnbereiche uneingeschränkt möglich. Besonders der gut ausgebaute durchdachte Sanitärbereich, hat uns die Pflege erheblich erleichtert. Ebenso, konnten wir alle, ganz gemütlich auf der direkt angrenzenden Terrasse sitzen und den Ausblick auf den schönen Blumengarten genießen und die Schmetterlingsvielfalt bewundern. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
