This is an older house that appears to have been neglected at some time, current owner seems to be updating and making improvements. Our biggest concern was the house wasn’t as clean as we expected, other guests had vacated that morning, cleaner’s were pushed for time so we could check in. (And it’s a large house) Need to look for new cleaners or getting more help. The property is in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of space inside and out. If you want to get away from things with some family and friends this is the place. You are about 20 minutes from any major stores and restaurants so pick up supplies on your way in. Cell service with ATT is minimal but there is WIFI on the property so you are still covered for access. The large downstairs area is great for kids or teens with a large sleeping area, living room, bathroom, kitchenette, and games. While the upper level has 3 beds rooms, 2 baths, a large kitchen, and a living room. There is a full deck on the upper level to relax, eat a meal, or throw something on the gas grill. The lower level features a covered deck, with picnic tables and ping pong. The large backyard, peer, and boat dock on the lake are an added plus for outdoor fun. ##### Ben S.
