Our cosy accommodation is the perfect place to slow down, unwind and reconnect with nature. Wake up to the sounds of the countryside, step outside with your morning coffee and enjoy watching the sheep grazing nearby.
We are so lucky to live on 10 acres of fertile land where we graze sheep and cattle in the paddocks surrounding our house only 5 minutes from Central Oamaru. We have built accommodation in the top paddock to share our lifestyle with others.
We offer newly built accommodation in a setting surrounded by sheep and cattle.
The accommodation consists of a large cabin with a full bathroom, functional kitchen, large super king size bed air conditioning and all the luxuries of home including coffee machine.
if that's not enough to satisfy your needs the cabin has an attached outdoor area consisting of barbecue and outdoor furniture where you can sit and watch sheep and cattle graze and play while you cook dinner and enjoying the sound of native birds in the trees surrounding.
Once it's dark and the sky is clear you'll be blown away by the amazing night sky with perfect views of the Milky Way.
If you wish to engage with the animals we will have hay and sheep nuts for you to feed or if its the right time of the year you can bottle feed a calf or lamb. All we ask is for you to stay behind the fence unless we are with you.
