Points négatifs : Pas d'accueil, difficile de rentrer avec la clé, WC : pas de lumière (si peu) ,salle de bain : fuite au niveau de la vasque, séjour : cuisine : pas d'aération dans la cuisine 1 jour, j'allume une plaque, le compteur saute. Mezzanine : trop encombrante. Lit clic clac a changer. Electricité à revoir. Stores mal installé. Beaucoup de choses. Points positifs : Baignoire.

Lamentable

Location du 28/06/24 au 30/06/24. Point positif: appartement bien équipé (mais attention, pas de cafetière électrique, seulement un Nespresso où les mugs et bols ne passent pas), et le matelas du clic-clac est confortable. Nous avons eu la propriétaire au téléphone la veille: elle s'est bien gardée de nous dire que l'ascenseur était en panne du 17/06 au 02/07!!! 7 étages, avec mes 4 opérations au genou et ma cruralgie, un enfer!!! Je comprends pourquoi la remise des clés n'était pas en main propre! Quant au logement, bienvenue dans les années 70/80! Crépi au mur d'un coté, moquette au mur de l'autre, plafond peint en marron... si vous voulez éviter le ménage, posez 30 euros sur la table, en liquide bien sûr! (pour ce tarif, vous aurez quand même le droit à une belle couche de poussière sur la commode au centre de la pièce). Nous n'avons pas osé essayer le "lit en mezzanine" dont la solidité ne nous inspirait pas confiance (oui, je fais plus de 100kg, alors à 2...) Lit contre lequel je me suis cogné une dizaine de fois car on est obligé de passer en dessous pour traverser la pièce (je mesure 1m85). Les plaques électriques sont d'un autre âge, comme le mini frigo, et il n'y a pas de crochet au mur pour tenir la douchette dans la baignoire, ... bref, nous avions déjà loué un appartement dans l'immeuble d'à côté, 2 fois plus grand, avec une chambre, avec du mobilier et une "décoration" au goût du jour à la même période, et pour moins cher! Vu le prix et les 7 étages: fuyez.

Avant de louer,faire le ménage et vérifier le fonctionnement des plaques électriques ETC ETC !!

Très mauvais séjour dans cet appartement !! Aération toilette très sale,baignoire très sale !!,prise électrique cuisine branlant,plaque électrique ne fonctionne Pas !! Literie inconfortable !! Stores Très Sales a remplacer !! Etc Etc !! Pour moi le ménage n’a pas été fait pour notre arrivé !!

Bon emplacement et belle vue

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce studio fonctionnel, la vue est belle, l'emplacement est stratégique pour se déplacer à pieds (proche plage, port, centre ville). La résidence est vraiment très calme, idéal pour se reposer. La gérante est facilement joignable et nous communique toutes les précisions par téléphone. Dommage que le balcon ne soit pas un peu plus grand.
