About this property

Smack dab in the middle of the Black Hills

  • This cabin is a family owned property which we allow guests to enjoy when we're not there. The air is fresh, water clean and wildlife often greet you in the morning. The cabin is about 20 minutes from Mt Rushmore, Sturgis, Rapid City, Hill City, Deadwood etc. It is next to the National Forest with logging trails for hiking and ATVers pleasure. After a day of sightseeing relax to a bar b que and enjoy the fire pit at night. Check in is after 3PM and check out is by 9:00 AM. Early check in can be requested but won't be granted until all cleaning is completed.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
The trash needs to be deposited in the dumpster located at the next door neighbors. New trash bags are in the broom closet next to the refrigerator. Refer to the laminated welcome sheet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Guests must read the Guest Handbook located on the entry table. The restriction of flushing only the toilet paper provided, and nothing else.
Check out: Towels in washer and started. Garbage goes in dumpster at end of neighbors driveway.
