Great location, clean, comfortable, friendly staff (front desk & bar staff were always kind and helpful)! Espresso machine didn't work well but other than that had a good stay.
Loved the location, was able to run up to the room at any time while hanging out in town. Room was clean, staff helpful. Held back one star because the a/c could barely keep it cool.
Great comfy bed. Water was softer than heck, great shower.. excellent room.
Only drawback, and not only this property... parking in deadwood is a disaster.
Crystal was very friendly during check-in and out. Very central & convenient to walking throughout historic district. Very modern room update for a historical property. Generally quiet room facing Outlaw Square-may not be when outdoor music happening in the Square. Parking was not complimentary and a block or two walk away depending on how busy. Parking is monitored 8am-10p, so if overnight either need to renew by a walk back or download app to add time remotely.
Very convenient location. Helpful friendly staff. Hotel is in an older historic building but rooms are well appointed. There is no parking right at the hotel but parking was available about two blocks away.
This hotel was perfect for our stay. The rooms were nicely decorated, comfortable beds, black out curtains, refrigerator, coffee maker and nice quality shampoos and conditioners in the shower. The area was in a great location, right across the street from Outlaw Square. The front desk staff are so friendly and nice! Both ladies we talked with were knowledgeable and made the stay easier! The housekeeping, a young lady, was super sweet and nice too! I would stay here again!
Wonderful property for solo travelers. Front desk was helpful, parking is a pain but really not a huge deal. Room was adorable, and clean. Historic hotel, yet peaceful and quiet! Bed was awesome for a good night sleep.
Absolutely loved our stay here super clean room beautiful old building. Staff was great. The bed could use an upgrade. I have to say linens were great towels were excellent beautiful bathroom love the rooms nice and moody lounge feeling but the beds need an upgrade for sure we ordered food 3×2 times was OK. One was bad. Bartenders were great. Had a really nice stay!
We had a short but great stay , nice staff with easy check in . Rooms were clean and the shower was lovely! We are out but came back and used the casino and bar which was so much fun - great location in town centre and easy parking nearby - I’d definitely recommend
