It’s a great little house with wonderful amenities, and just a short walk to downtown, it was amazing! The beds were comfortable, layout of the house was great, and it was all well-appointed. My only suggestion would be to maybe add a blind to the east side of the front porch, if possible—my sister and I liked to sit out there in the morning and the sun was a bit blinding. This rental is in a great location just outside of town. Trolley stop next door if you prefer not to walk or drive and try to find parking in town. This place is exceptionally clean and all supplies are available and is like new condition. We came to ride motorcycles and very nice to have a garage available. Spent mornings and evenings on the back patio. Had buck and doe visiting often on the hill behind garage. Owner/manager Weston was great with communication and Debbie the cleaning gal did an excellent job. ONLY negative note…. There is no air conditioning in the downstairs bedrooms so at 80 to 94 degree temperatures it was a stuffy. Had to leave bedroom doors open to get benefit of dining room air conditioner. We stayed the week of July 4th and had a fantastic time. The house was perfect for my wife and myself – it’s located a few minutes (walk or drive) from the heart of Deadwood and a few steps from a trolley stop, making it very easy to travel around the city. The house was perfect for us, but with both bathrooms downstairs and two bedrooms up, with some very steep stairs, I’m glad we didn’t need to go up and down. The master bedroom was very comfortable, the kitchen perfectly equipped, and the back deck was ideal for a morning coffee or a late-night drink – it was relaxing and so quiet. The house was awesome and Weston, the owner, was incredible. ##### Bob J.
