Fishing was good. Backed the boat in the driveway with the boat in the grass and charged the boat from underneath the deck or back of the house. We'll call the property "the mullet" business in the front- right on the main street. But the back deck & back yard gives a very private party feel. Watching the high school football game from the back yard was fun- I hope the home team won. I would recommend and return to this rental.
