We did have a beach view, but on the ground floor. The room was dated, but the bed was compfy and the shower good. A plus to the ground floor room was covered parking right by the door we used.

Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort
The parking was ridiculous. The parking fees were crazy. 50$ for valet, and $30 a day for parking you had to walk across two streets to get to hotel. Other than that, nice place and amazing staff

Over all rating I would say it was a bit disappointing. The property is self was not as nice as your photographs on the web. Restaurant and bar was always closed, showers by the beach exit and entrance did not work so there was no way to rinse the sand off of someone either stand in the pool or completely ...
