Belinda, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and appreciate the review. Regarding the starter supplies we give you, they are just that, something to get you started.This was also on the supplements sent with your reservation confirmation. We do expect our guests will go to the grocery stores that are close by for the supplies they need. It would not be resonable for us to try to anticipate what a group of up to 12 may need. In a condo rental you are responsible for your own groceries Regarding parking that was also explained in the reservation supplement regarding parking. I was in and out of the building several times and whille it was busy, always found parking in the garage. There are also 2 levels of parking, which your check in agent would have explained to you. On the kitchen sink when we got the call there was an issue we had it taken care of with in 1 day. Frankly we haven't had any kitchen problems, so I don't know what got down there. Thanks for staying with us!

During this guest's stay I came over and re programmed the living room cable box. That took about 20 minutes and during that time none of the items that they were critical of were mentioned. April, our head housekeeper said the guest texted her with an extensive list of issues on check out. We would have been happy to resolve things during there stay. However when April asked about it, the guest said they didn't want to be bothered! The list was taken seriously and extra cleaning was done when they checked out. Regarding the hall bath ceiling there have been some leak issues with the unit above, the small hole was to put a camera up there looking for the leak. It had no effect on the use of the shower, it's only the size of a quarter! It wasn't closed because the issue above had not been resolved. These are individually owned units and I have to work through the other unit's owner & property manager. This guest had a large group and 2 dogs. We were notified by building management during there stay that they washed dog feces off the balcony! The way our building is designed the second floor balcony extends out from the rest of the building. That feces fell on people laying out on the second floor balcony. They also saw where it was coming from! Building management asked us to contact the guest who denied it. Now we have a huge dog walking area on that side of the building that you can't miss. So I don't understand why the guest didn't take there dogs out. I think this guest was perturbed that we called them and that's why they are leaving this negative review.

Thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed the place. Regarding Truck Weekend, it's normally in late April or May, not June!! Last year it was cancelled due to COVID. It was a surprise to all of us that the promoter would schedule this over a summer family vacation weekend. Fortunately they were leaving by Sunday and totally gone by Monday.
