This Daytona Beach oceanview studio is located in a newly renovated, centrally located complex, offering immediate, ground-level access to the beach, a pool, and a tiki bar, the room features floor-to-ceiling ocean views, a fully stocked kitchenette, and an updated bathroom, making it ideal for a beach getaway.

Outdoor Space: Ground-level, direct-access room to a large, courtyard overlooking the pool and beach.

Renovation: Recently renovated, including a new lobby, pool deck, roofing, and modernized updated hallways. The building and rooms have been recently painted.

Sleeping Arrangements: King bed, a couch that pulls out to a pillow-top queen mattress, and an optional twin, suitable for families.

Kitchenette: Fully stocked with a single burner, electric skillet, microwave, mini-fridge, and dinnerware.

Great host. Convenient location. Terrific base of operations. Communication with the host was superb, accurate listing. Access the pool, beach and everything on A1A couldn’t have been easier. My wife and I were very thankful for this studio. Ashely is a great communicator and super kind.

A hidden Jewel

The room was quaint. Private entrance to Sun Deck and beach access. Everything provided down to full bottles of hair care and sanitation products. 24hr mini mart directly across the way. Host was amazing in communicating and even had a bottle of champagne waiting because I informed her it was my anniversary.

Simple and Easy

The description of this property was on point, nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. Located just a couple miles from downtown area where we were attending the NDA finals. It was perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle of the area but walking distance to some local breakfast places. The lobby remodel was very nice and the tiki hut by the pool was convenient. The beach is great there and just steps away from the building. Parking was a piece of cake! We would definitely stay here again and Ashley was a dream to work with, checking in with us to throughout our stay to make sure everything was good for our visit.
