We were very comfortable there and it was a good value vs staying in hotels. Also close to restaurants and the beach. Would definitely stay there again. Received our security deposit back in a timely manner also. Only negative was the water temp in the main shower did not get as hot as I would have liked, probably an adjustment could be made but the other shower was fine. Plenty of room for the teenagers to be close but yet have thier own space. 2 min drive to beach if that. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The small local non chain resturants were perfect and the people were very very nice. Hoenstly, not what I had expected. Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Daytona just 10 minutes max.
