PET & BIKER FRIENDLY!
Come stay at our tropical oasis just steps to the Ocean Center, 1 block to the beach & 1 street from Main Street! Whether you’re in town for business, a convention at the Ocean Center or coming to enjoy the beach, our home is perfectly suited for all types! Bring your bathing suit & flip flops, we have taken care of the rest!

Disney World & Universal Studios are 1hr & 15mins away!
St Augustine(The first city in the US!) is only 1hr away!
If you bring a pet, they must be house broken. The yard is not fully fenced in, so please keep your dog on a leash! Other guests could potentially have pets on the property during your stay as well.
No local guests. Primary renter, a.k.a. the person that booked the house, be at least 21 years old.
If same day booking, host must be given a valid government ID for verification purposes prior to entry.
Lease agreement required to be signed prior to check in for stays of more than 28 days.
Photo government ID of the primary renter who makes the reservation will be required to be sent to the host within 24hrs of booking.
Free street parking on the street behind the property. It is a 3-4min walk back from the parking area.
Guests must contact host before booking if they are wanting to bring a trailer.
Guests are to provide their own charcoal if they would like to use the grill
$60 per pet per stay. MONTHLY STAYS (28 nights or longer) - The fee is $195 per animal per month

Driveway: None. On Street Parking only.
No need for a car at this home! Excellent location for walking, biking or enjoying an electric scooter ride!

Such a cute little spot!

Let me start by saying Chris is a great host and will help you whenever you need it! He even stopped by to help me with the WiFi. This is the cutest little spot! It’s small but cozy! It’s so well decorated and the view is very nice at night. It has everything you need and is very aesthetically pleasing. Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Quaint Quiet Bungalow

We had a fantastic stay at this property. I highly recommend. It was clean and comfortable for myself and two college aged kids and while quiet and set back with a beautiful little courtyard, it was within walking distance of everything. Parking wasn't an issue for us and we both our vehicles and us were safe. Chris was beyond exceptional with communication. He provided detailed information, answered all my questions and was extremely prompt in responding. This place is adorable and we will definitely be returning on our next trip to Daytona! Thank you so much, Chris!

Bike week

This was a great place to stay. I was there for bike week , just for a couple of day and it located less than a 3 minute walk from mainstreet. It was around maybe a ten minute walk to the pier. Great place to stay.

Cute Cottage with a Great Location

Our family of 5 was in town for a dance nationals at the Ocean Club. This location is not only incredibly convenient for the Ocean Club but the ocean is just minutes away. Chris was very helpful and has great communication. The cottage is adorable and well suited for our family of 5 for the week we were here. The location is wonderful for dining with many options within walking distance. We didn’t need to use our car once while in Daytona.

I found the property to be exactly as it is listed: an upstairs unit with interesting parking and a small kitchen (camper-type stove if you need to cook). While it was overall small-ish, it did meet the needs of my vacation. It CAN sleep maybe 5 people, but honestly if you have more than 2 people in your party, the claustrophobia and "excuse me"s get real. The host is very nice and quick to communicate, and the unit was very clean.
