Very clean, pool was great, amazing beach access! Was a little rundown, and the area around was a bit run down as well.

Room and Lobby were Stark, and oceanfront was industrial looking. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

We are glad you enjoyed your room while staying here! The oceanfront throughout the entire county is still undergoing repair work from major damage caused by Hurricane's Ian and Nicole. Our city and other local businesses are making great progress and hopefully you will get to enjoy that on your next trip to Daytona Beach.

Highly recommend. Really enjoyed our stay. Very clean, close to great restaurants. We all had our own bed. Did not get to use the pool as it rained all weekend. Needed one extra night and it was no problem!

The property was in a good location and on the beach with a great view. It is an older property, but well maintained. Rear parking lot was under construction, so not a perfect view. I'd stay again.

The place was nice even though they are still making repairs from storm damage. The room was clean and very comfortable with a nice view. We didn't use the pool, but it looks amazing. The staff was great, and the location is excellent.

Hi William! We are actively working with the elevator company to replace our elevators. Unfortunately, elevator modification is a lengthy process, most of which is the fabrication time for all parts needed. We hope to have them back soon.

Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Bathrooms were newly remodeled. The area is still recovering from the hurricane so elevators were out but walking to the 3rd floor worked for this group.

Good Beach Property - Better than several others
Overall a pleasant stay. Front desk staff at check-in and check-out were had very friendly and positive attitudes. Our room was a bit unique in that immediately upon entry into our room, I could see an elderly lady standing on what I thought was our private balcony. Come to find out this section of the hotel had a "shared" balcony with maybe 2 other rooms. Was not a big deal as we booked this hotel to sleep overnight on a racing weekend. The tv in the living room was a bit on the smaller side, but no big deal either....again we were not at this hotel to stay in the room and watch tv. Room was clean and organized, which is a plus for us on Daytona Beach. They are still recovering from the hurricane but so is a lot of areas on Daytona Beach. Of the beach properties we have stayed at, I would rate this one as my most favorite thus far.
