Was in town for Rockville.. Had to call several times , 2 days out for check-in instructions.. upon arrival, it was obvious, the place was extremely outdated. Pool was dirty, filled with bugs.. I even was going to attempt to clean it, but shocker…no pool net..outside chairs were worn out . Our room , was fairly clean.. the pull-out couch was extremely stained and dirty.. Had to put sheets on it just to be able to sit on it.. when I went to take a shower, the entire shower handle came apart. It was repaired relatively quick though. And 1 of the elevators wasn’t working for 1 of our 2 days.. will definitely not be staying there again. Especially for what I paid. Would not recommend!!

We left after 10 minutes. The hotel clerk gave us the key to a room that was already occupied. There was still luggage, groceries and dirty towels. The unit was obviously not cleaned. I had told him that the do not disturb sign was still on the door, but he assured me the room was vacant.This was not a safe place for us to stay, especially with two young kids. What if he had given a key to a stranger while we were in the room?. How disconcerting. The facility itself felt old, dirty, and dark. Only one elevator worked.. I left a message right away with the host, but then I was out of cell service for five days, they still had not replied to my request for a refund so I had to contact Vrbo. Fortunately, I did get fully refunded. I strongly do not recommend this vacation rental.
