Smart lock and security cameras on the outside. You will definitely feel the Beach VIBES. This beautiful SECOND FLOOR APT. has its OWN PRIVATE ENTERANCE from first floor guest. Free parking with designated parking for both units. The SeaEsta 2nd floor unit has 3 bedrooms 1 bath a full working kitchen and a sofa sleeper (sleeps 8) Whole house could be rented out based on availability Self check in & out with smart lock pad. CURRENTLY NO PETS ALL0WED!!!!! This cute house is across the street and an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Far enough away from the rowdy biker areas.
