Queen bed and pullout sofa, cable TV, linens and towels. Kitchen equipped with a 2 burner stovetop, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, 12 cup coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans.
Updated bathroom w Tile Shower.
Enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean and feel breeze while sitting on your balcony absorbing the sound of the waves. Listen to the Pelicans chatter & maybe even glimpse a dolphin playing in the waves. You will be steps away from the waters of the Atlantic ocean where you can swim, surf or stroll along the beach.
From your balcony, you can watch the sun rise over the ocean or sit at night and enjoy the stars over the ocean as the lights from the distant shrimp boats pass by.

Waking up to the ocean every morning cannot be beat! The view can be seen from anywhere in the main area. Quick walk to pier and shops. Beach is literally right outside gate and just steps away. The building is pretty old, but the apartment was clean and nicely decorated. We would stay again!

The condo was exactly as listed! Beautiful room and view. Everything we needed at hand. The outside of the building threw us off a little but we understand repairs are underway. Host was amazing and answered questions with no problem. Would definitely stay again.

Rolex 24 race stay

Grandson and I came to Daytona for the Rolex 24. The place was easy to access and very clean. My only minor complaint was the pool and hot tub are only accessible from sun up to dusk. Our time at the track prevented us from using either.

Perfect retreat for a weekend away

I was there Labor Day weekend and was pleasantly surprised that the pool and beach weren’t packed. Gorgeous weather, clean seaweed-free white-sand beach, warm Atlantic waves lapped my feet as I walked to the pier and back. The 8th floor views were stunning! The pool was sparkling clean and refreshing. The room was comfy and SO quiet! At the pool, there was always a lounge chair available. Communication with the owners was easy. Talking with the residents was enjoyable. I will be back to VRBO here again.

FANTASTIC STAY!

10 nights over Christmas Holiday. This VRBO is perfect for one person or a couple. It was clean, shower was hot, and bed was comfortable. Also had all essential kitchen items needed. But it is the location and VIEW that make this the best!! It sits at the top floor of the building, so nobody above you. The pool is awesome and heated. I did not have a car, a lot is walkable and UBER was readily available at all hours. You can reach the pier, & Starbucks at the Hilton in about 20 minutes (about 1 mile). This beach is the best walking beach! You can also get food just a quick walk North to Crabby's Oceanside or Landshark Bar & Grill. There is also a Pizza Hut and 7 Eleven within walking distance. If you are a walker like me, I walked South just under 2 miles to the Winn Dixie for groceries and then UBER back. Owners were quick to get back to me when I had question's prior to the stay. Would book this again in a heartbeat! Thank You Ryan & Esther!

This is a cute condo. It is a great location. Two restaurants just a block away. The view is spectacular. Setting on the balcony is calming. Lots of supplies in the condo for your beach experience. Definitely going back.
