Image yourself watching the space shuttle launch from the balcony. It is a 2 bedroom and 2 baths that fits a maximum of 6 people. Also, it’s like coming into your own home with linens and towels and more. You just need your tooth brush, sunscreen and swimsuit. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, oven with stove, dishwasher, microwave and is fully equipped to whip up a meal or make a frozen cocktail. Even on vacation, it is nice to have a washer and dryer in the complex. The condo is tastefully decorated and you feel like you are at the beach. The grounds have just been recently renovated and there is a restaurant next door to enjoy your meal at the beach. The property has a pool and has plenty of chairs and, umbrellas at the ocean's edge. There is plenty things to do other than resting on our white sandy beaches. You can go inshore or offshore fishing, parasail at the Inlet or take surfing lessons (just to name a few). Can’t forget Mickey!!! Disney is less than 1 hour away along with Epcot, Universal Studios & the Kennedy Space Center. To all the racing fans, Daytona International Speedway is just 15 minutes away. Did I mention that we have the best causal seafood restaurants in town? Nothing is like getting a fried fresh fish sandwich with homemade onion rings while enjoying the river breezes. Loved the views from the balcony and south facing windows. Very comfortable king bed. I was there for a family reunion: we had 6 condos in Oceania Beach Club: 25 people, seven of them were children under the age of 7…perfect place for all! And walking down Flagler Ave, which is right there, is the best! This is not our first stay at Oceania as it’s just the perfect spot! I would like to suggest some detailed instructions on how to use the tv’s as I never got past one channel in the living room. Also, there is a horrible odor from kitchen sink drains, but that’s an easy fix. All in all, it was a lovely accommodation and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again! ##### Mary Jane I. It was on the beach, eight stories high. It was well supplied, with a good management staff (who were not with VRBO). The main problem with the property was comfort. The bad matrasses on all of the beds were some of the worst (rock hard) we have ever encountered. It was impossible to have a restful sleep. In addition, the large screen in the living room was not connected to any source of content. Thankfully the TV in the master bedroom worked fine.So, this property scored 3 out of 5 from us. The beach front view is fantastic. The condo has everything you need as far as ammenities. The decor and condo is a little dated, but clean. The negative side is that you have wash and dry any beach towels you use. Also, DON'T leave your car unattended until you get a parking pass from the front desk. The towing company will tow the car whether you've been there 1 minute or 20 minutes. It happened to us. This place definitely trades on its location. The walk to Flagler ave and all it has to offer is less than five minutes. Also the view of NSB is fantastic. Upon arrival, everything looks acceptable. But as soon as you drop a toy on the floor near the couch, you begin to see the truth; Only the readily visible areas have been cleaned and much of the condo is falling apart. I’m not saying that the owner should break the bank to turn the place into a luxury condo, but when the cabinets (both kitchen and bathrooms) have taken on more water than the Titanic, it’s time to update. Loose electrical outlets, broken dining room chairs. Melynda is a very responsive owner, and I have brought these issues to her attention.
