nice room with a ocen view
It's nice because of its location and the beach. The people who work there are friendly and kind. You won't worry about anything. It's a safe area—food and a bar are just around the corner.

Great experience, incredible view, and beautiful condo
I booked this property for myself and some friends for a vacation, and it was awesome. The view from the balcony is incredible, overlooks the beach and ocean. The condo was very clean and tidy, and communication with Scott was great. He made the process easy and was very clear about the check-in and checkout process. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect condo for our gang!
Everything was as advertised! Property manager was great to work with and we had a wonderful vacay! If I have any suggestions it would be that they need a couple more skillets ….we like to cook big breakfast and one skillet made that a challenge. Not a complaint, just a suggestion. I know most people don’t go on vacation to cook !!

The location was great. The condo was nice but could use some cleaning. Mattress in guest room was not comfortable at all and new sheets would have been nice. There was goid quick communication when I inquired about the beach towels. It just could have been cleaned better.

This is a little disappointing because the guest never mentioned any of these issues during their stay, only after in the review. I have a very meticulous cleaning company and if there were any cleanliness issues that were brought to my attention during the stay, I would have sent in the team to address any issues immediately. I take great pride in making sure that my guests have the best experience and any issues or concerns are handled quickly and effectively.

Great Unit
This is just what we needed for a difficult trip to Florida to deal with a family emergency. Clean, simple unit that felt like a place to unwind after long hard days. Thanks to Scott and the folks at sunlit vacation rentals for having these units.

Nice Daytona condo
Condo was nice and spacious for two families. Pros - location (near the pier and right on the beach), good indoor and outdoor pools, lazy river, children’s water play area, water park across the street, beds are comfy, ability to cook meals in condo, beach is nice, walking distance to restaurants and entertainment, overall a lot to do here. Cons - indoor mini golf closed, not enough elevators for building ( if it starts raining and everyone comes in at once long wait to get elevator), and water slide closed. Overall a good stay even though it rained A LOT so hard to enjoy the beach and outdoor stuff for us but that’s August in Florida. We did not have any issues with the parking garage but I did see people parked on the ramps up, not sure why as there was open spots. We would book again.

Amazing!
Absolutely loved the place and it was in a perfect spot!! Anything you needed was a short walk away, got to see fireworks on the pier on Saturday nights, all hotel staff was very nice. The only thing I would have a complain about is since we had 6 people we could've used more baking pans, but everything else was absolutely perfectly!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Wyndham Ocean Resort
Overall impression was good. Check in was terrible, the parking attendant had no idea the process. They forced us into the parking garage and then after finding check in we had to take a cart to the 3rd floor of the garage to get our baggage. Wyndham should understand the experience starts when you drive into the reservation area.

All was excellent but PARKING!
The condo unit was awesome!! Spacious, had everything we needed!. Parking in the North Tower garage 3 of the evenings was awful. It was full, guards were still allowing cars in. You get to the top, no way of turning around(having a Chevrolet Silverado truck was terrible). People were were parking against walls, on the down ramps. Security guards wouldn't let us park in the South Tower garage. Had to pay for parking in other garages a few times. We were told by the security guards it happens all the time because the Wyndham owners give out too many parking passes. Billiard tables were closed alot, hours were not posted for COVID. Then needed your own balls.

Amazing place, beautiful condo and location
Check in late in the evening was easy and no issues with time share sales. Property was beautiful and appeared to be nicest in the area. Central location close to everything and beautiful beach. Condo was clean, very roomy and had all necessities. Amazing view, pool, beach, shops and restaurants very close. My only recommendations are: provide a few more dish washer pods, hand soap and some better quality beach gear. Maybe a beach chair or two. My only real issue was the condo security. There is no secondary deadbolt or chain lock from the inside like normal hotel rooms. My toddler was able to open the door and exit the condo because it automatically unlocks when you pull on the handle and there are two exits and I had to watch non stop or he would escape. So scary. Overall an amazing vacation property and we would come back in a heartbeat!

Well kept up and great location with tons of amenitites.
Stayed for a week with our kids and some friends. Everyone had a great time. The room layout is nice, plenty of room for two families. The location and amenities of the complex were perfect, we especially enjoyed all the pools and hot tubs. The room had good furnishings, except the beds seem a bit worn out and the fridge did not stay as cold as it should. Otherwise highly recommended and the owner was very accommodating with us.

Very Good Unit - Nice facility
Scott the owner is very professional, accommodating, responsive to email, texts, and phone calls. He went above and beyond to make sure that our check in was smooth and because the folks who stayed in the unit before us checked out a day early he was able to get us into the unit early on our arrival day. The unit is well appointed clean and functional. Scott also returned our security deposit very timely. Usually you wait forever to get them back. The facility was very busy because it was the 4th of July week. This is a good facility for families. Water slide and kiddy pool with water sprays and a waterfall for kids to run under and climb on. We had a very good time even with the crowds.

Our Family came down from many areas of the country for a baptism . We had not seen each other for many months. We had a joyous time here. Scott was incredible to work with. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. We are loyal to sleep by the sound ocean waves crashing on the shore. We watch the sunrise over the Atlantic from the 23rd floor balcony. The kitchens were well stocked with things that we needed. The staff was very polite. The pools in the hot tub were excellent very clean. In the hot tub was perfect . We will come here again . All I can say is if you are looking for a place to stay in Daytona , look no further this is it.

Great Place for Families
We had some minor issues upon arrival but management was quick to address them. Be advised that when checking into the North Tower you need a key card with a magnetic strip to access the building from the parking garage. We received a key card for access to the parking garage. A key card to access our room. Another key card to access the building on the south side after eating or shopping. You need the 4th key card to get from the parking garage to the ellivators. It’s a little crazy but it’s a Wyndham issue that needs to be fixed not an issue with the room.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo and would not have a problem staying there again.
The only problem that we experienced was the smell of cigarette smoke being a non-smoker it was noticeable more so in the bathroom other than that the unit met our expectations

Wonderful experience with beach view
I’ll rate this as my best stay ever in all my vacations. The condo is wonderful and the view was astounding. We had the max limit for the number of people in the room and it still had enough room for everyone to stay and for the kids to play. The hotel facility also had many fun activities for the kids and adults including an arcade, a fun room, two pools one with a water slide, and three hot tubs. The room also has a balcony with an amazing view of the beach. We spent three days there and woke up for the sunrise each day and it is beautiful. We went during Christmas and the decorations there were also great with Santa walking around taking pictures with kids and a massive Christmas tree. The weather was also great and allowed for late night swims and peaceful walks on the beach. 10/10 would recommend.
