It was a great stay and a great home for my family of 7 to sleep comfortably in. The house is very furnished and the house overall is very lovely. If I come back to Daytona I will definitely book the house again.
Stayed for two weeks of business training. Great location and even better value. Loved having laundry and great TV and internet. Located close to many dining options. Our host was very responsive. We would stay again.
I needed a property very close to the Ocean Center Convention Center as I directed a large event there and didn't want to stay in a hotel room. This property was perfect- about a two minute walk and I was inside the Ocean Center. The bungalow suited all our needs and if I had had the time, I could have walked the 3 minutes to the shops, restaurants and beautiful ocean of Daytona Beach. Perfect property if you are wanting to have a beach vacation.
We stayed there for 10 days and it was excellent, no complaints. The stores/shops were nearby if any essentials were needed. Walkable distance to the beach. Great location in Daytona beach. Check in process was easy. The host was very responsive for any queries.

We didn't need the beach this trip and wanted to be able to get in / out easily, without need of an elevator or flights of stairs. This property is a nice up / down duplex with an open 3 car garage. Driveway and garages may be a bit of a tight squeeze for a large SUV. We had a rented Mazda CX9 and it was fine. There's also street parking available, one street over.
You can walk to many stores, restaurants and the beach too - all within 10-15 minutes. If you want coffee or breakfast we highly recommend the Red Bud Cafe; try the crepes.
We stayed on the first floor where the interior is very nice, eclectic and well-appointed. The beds are comfortable; no squeaks.
If we had to be critical of one thing It would be the a/c (it was FL in August). The good thing is that both bedrooms remain cool, as does the bathroom. The living room & kitchen remain the warmest but the ceiling fan helps with that.
There is one standout attribute that we may try to take advantage of next time. You have the possibility, unlike many other rentals in the area, to rent the entire property. If you have a large family it could be perfect.
Whether heading north or south this location offers excellent access, as it sits between two bridges.
Clean, great communication, cute & modern decor/remodel
Darryl was a great host! From the beginning he was available by text or phone to answer questions. There was a little confusion on the listing (somewhere I read 4BR but it’s two separate units 2BR each unit) but it definitely sleeps 10 in our 2BR unit. Small and cozy but plenty ample for our needs.
Parking was great. Covered parking for 3 cars and we were able to share with the upstairs unit with no issues and our paths didn’t even cross.
Neighborhood is walking distance to many things.
