Several things need updated…(broken/loose kitchen tiles, dishwasher doesn’t work). The main complaint is the bed. The mattress is uncomfortable and hard. This condo is on the top floor and the view from the balcony is amazing. The condo and lobby areas were kept very clean. Check in was effortless. Security is onsite and they make frequent rounds. Checked in on Sunday and the ice maker did not work the place was not very clean and the worse thing was the AC didn't work. They finally came to look at it Monday so we lost a day at the beach. They could not fix it and the temp was 78 and rising. Finally moved us to another unit and the AC didn't work very well there either. It got up to 74 and we had fans running as well. I was not pleased at all with my experience and will not be back and would not recommend staying here to anyone. ##### Arthur W. "Good morning, We had a good time in 1907\. Here are a few items that we ran in to: Not enough bath towels...only had 4 and had 2 adults and 2 kids. Had to wash every day. Comforter and sheets on the master bed are too small. Overall the place is nice but a little outdated. Our next to last day, the air quite cooling...we had a maintenance guy come and look at it?(not sure what he did) but when we came back from the water park, it was 81 degrees...hitter than before he came? Needless to say, we packed up and came home a day early because we had already endured a hot night the one before. I would like a credit for our last night that we did not stay there.
