Stunning Direct Oceanfront Condominium with miles of breathtaking views. This beautiful newly renovated condo includes upscale furniture and decor along with a gorgeous full kitchen. New upgrades include granite countertops, flooring, stainless appliances, two new flat screen TV's, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and more! The large private oceanfront balcony invokes peace with spectacular views of the beach, pools, band shell and pier. Beautiful decor, fully furnished with two full sized beds in a large private bedroom, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This was our first time staying at Ocean Walk and from start to finish our whole experience was fantastic! When we got to the unit it was super clean and inviting. All of the instructions for the unit were laid out perfectly for us. The resort is beautiful and the upgrades in this unit were top notch - especially the balcony view! The start up package of essentials was perfect so we did not need to rush and grab things right away. Communication with the owners was great and they were very lovely. We had our family of 5 along with another family that stayed in another unit in the same building. Plenty of things for the kids to do and the adults enjoyed it also. One suggestion is to add an oven mitt as we couldn't find one in the room. The place is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We would definitely stay at this place again! Only small complaint is the shower wasn’t super hot. We were down for a convention and I had the most incredible stay!The pools were fantastic, the room was just the perfect size, and I absolutely adored the kitchen and the stunning view. Plus, being close to everything made the whole experience even better. We parked the car when we got there (Friday) and did not have to move it until we left (Monday) because everything was so close and walking distance! Highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful getaway. This stay lived up to the expectation of excellence we have come to expect. The room was ready at check-in and the check-in process was easy. We had some initial problems with the dishwasher and WiFi, but they were both fixed within 24hrs of our arrival. One of the biggest disappointments was that there was no hot water for the shower. Out of the 5 days we were there, we had one day of warm water to shower with. Kitchen supplies were limited and a bit worn, but they got the job done.If you're looking for an accommodation in the middle of the boardwalk and entertainment, this is a great option. ##### Nicole H. It was clean and the photos were accurate on the site. There were a few things that didn’t work. The main thing that didn’t work was the ceiling fan and light in the living room. Walking distance to so much!! Our room was nice for what we needed it for. I love having ocean view and just sitting out on the balcony I was fortunate enough to see dolphins!! Had no big major issues!! I just suggest more dish ware and a broom with dust pan. There’s a vacuum but it doesn’t really pick up anything! The condo was exactly like the pictures! Clean and stocked when we got there. Fast and friendly check in and parking! Amazing balcony and oceanfront view. Soft bedding, multiple towels and toiletries provided. AC kept it cool during the heat advisory. Best large pools and lazy River on entire beach. Free putt putt, connect four, cornhole. Walkable to restaurants and famous boardwalk with Daytona 200 history. Close to everything. Pizza and ice cream right across the street as well as souvenir shopping! We also heard a concert at the famous castle stage Saturday night. Love the music at the pools and safety guards always there to make sure all stay safe in the pools and lazy River. This is the condo to stay in! It’s upgraded and direct oceanfront- can’t get that promise from Wyndham! Book it! ##### Michele J. Stayed with 2 adults and a child for 3 nights and was plenty of room. Amenities ran out like toilet paper (1.25 rolls) and laundry detergent so be prepared to bring that especially with swimming in the ocean and pool. Just was so glad to have a washing machine in the condo. Had major trouble with shower water being cold however maintenance was called through contacting the host and came the following day (at night) which didn’t help. However water was restored to proper temp eventually. Host Continually questioned us not having hot water (very very defensive) however maintenance says it sometimes doesn’t get to the 14th floor immediately after non use. lol (Tell that to our screaming 3 year old) uggghh Just be prepared to call right away if something isn’t working they do respond. It was clean and we had plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teens. Normal wear and tear on the front door and hallway. The balcony was my favorite place with an awesome view from the 14th floor. Kitchen is nice, no pot holders, pizza pan and once we hooked up the ice maker in the freezer it was good. The washer/dryer worked, not great though. We did have trouble with the air conditioning, but the owners acted quickly. We had 2 visits from maintenance which were friendly and professional. It was working in 48 hours. We did have issues with the building. It has 4 elevators. Only 3 worked our entire stay. A lot of waiting time. The security at the pool can be stern, but people save spots and then leave for hours to the beach, ridiculous. The bar serves good drinks! Parking was good. \*\*Important - if you arrive early utilize the early check in fee information. They will not let you check in before 4:00\. We had groceries and the front entrance was very busy. I managed to get approved by the owners and in by 2:00\. The shops and restaurants in walking distance are nice and convenient. Overall, our stay in this condo was comfortable and relaxing. ##### Ann H. The location was easy to access the pool, beach, shops, etc. - just don't expect a peaceful quiet stay, because there's nowhere to fully escape the noise. Even with cold weather, the outdoor pool lounge chairs were all full right away and beach gets crowded as soon as the sun comes out. Some people may love that scene - not us. The outdoor pools would be a lot of fun for kids or a younger crowd if it was warm weather, but when it was cold, it was disappointing as the hot tubs only allow those 16 and up to get in, and they were often overflowing with college aged kids, and the indoor pools weren't warm enough. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. The couch pull out bed was missing several springs so if you sat on the end, you'd fall through. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, but only had 1 bowl, 2 coffee cups, a few various plates and a sparse collection of silverware. The toilet would often take several flushes to work. That was disappointing for the price we paid, and having been to many VRBO's in the past, it's the little touches that make a big difference. Beware of the dryer. It caught and ruined my hoodie.
