The only criticism we had was when the elevator was out for a week, and we had to do the 5 flights up and down to the pool with our family- very inconvenient and we thought we should be compensated for that. A $50 rebate for every day the elevator was out would be fair. Also, that is a very small tv for such a big family room. Sitting on the sofa, you could not read the writing on the tv.
