Enjoy the sunrise on the balcony with direct ocean views. 1 bedroom 2 full bathrooms. Very spacious. 58” smart tv in living room and 50” smart tv in bedroom. There is a full sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a twin sized sleeper chair. Signed rental agreement and ID will be required to book. Please note due to hurricane damage only one pool is open, the sea wall is damaged so you have to walk a little for beach access aa the steps were destroyed. It was very clean and nicely furnished. It was great to have a second bathroom. The one pool was open and had nice lounge chairs with cushions. If you’re familiar with Daytona beach you will expect some craziness but it felt very safe here, the beach was patrolled often. The only downside was the closest elevator was out of order, but I could easily take the stairs. At 75 and 81 yrs old the elevator was a big plus when rolling our things up to the 4th floor. The unit is one of the cleanest we've stayed at and believe me I'm picky when it comes to that. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. View was magnificent. Our host was easy to contact and extremely kind and accommodating when at last minute we asked to book an extra night. I would suggest bringing something to cover the transom above the door as the exterior light is very bright at night if sleeping in the living room.
