We loved the complex and the location. It’s close enough to the heart of NSB to easily enjoy the shopping and restaurants, but it’s far enough down to provide a quiet beach. We came down right after king tides and rain(obviously not anyone’s fault), so we weren’t on the beach the first two days but enjoyed our time there as the week progressed. This was our first stay in New Smyrna Beach and this condo was perfect!!! First it was just as described and pictured- immaculately clean with everything we could possibly need for the beach, cooking, parking, relaxing. Mike and Judy were GREAT hosts and were easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to welcome us and give recommendations- they really cared about us enjoying our visit- The view was incredible- we saw dolphins right off the beach most days- and lots of shore birds. The beach was clean, wide, and perfect for walking and lounging. The balcony was comfortable and we loved sitting out listening to the waves and watching the sunrises. The pool was so nice, too! The owners/managers were incredibly helpful and communicative. In addition to the condo being so clean, there was a Welcome Basket with treats. Amenities included hand soaps in every bathroom, dishwashing liquid, extra towels, and laundry detergent for the in-condo washer/dryer. There were shampoos/body wash to use under the sink in the bathrooms. The bathrooms and kitchen were newly renovated. The condo had tile and LVT flooring throughout. It was tastefully decorated, and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely rebook for my family. The beach was clean, with easy access, and the NSB restaurants were terrific.
