"Bahama Breeze"- This cozy condo gives off a Tommy Bahama vibe with its warm living space and master bedroom. The master features a king size bed, 2 modern rattan chairs and a sliding glass door entrance to the South facing patio. The master bath is nice and bright with opposing his and her sinks, a spacious shower and a corner jacuzzi. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with a private entrance to the common bathroom. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, over, stovetop, and dishwasher with seating for 2 at a breakfast bar.

Just 4 miles North of Canaveral National Seashore and Turtle Mound and 4 miles south of the Famous Flagler Ave it is the perfect point of paradise! New Smyrna Beach offers all your outdoor adventures from paddle boarding, fishing, and kayaking to bird watching, sunbathing and wine walks. Spend a few days exploring our beautiful barrier island and a few days unwinding onsite with a barbeque area, 2 pools, 2 shuffleboard courts, a lighted basketball hoop and 2 lighted tennis courts there's. some "me" time scheduled somewhere for everyone

Requested mail box key at time of booking with someone that is no longer employed there. Therefore request was not transfered to new agent Carly & she was unable to obtain a key from owner. Our mail is still floating around somewhere as of this date & it contained an important banking document. Screens on slider doors have holes & one is pushed out that allowed NoSeeUm insects to invade & be very bothersome for both of us. Unit could use a fresh coat of paint & master kingsize bed very uncomfortable.

Very Disappointed with NSB Realty

Very poor customer service from NSB Realty: Very slow response time or no response to many issues. All entry codes were incorrect. (Entry gate; garage gate; unit lockbox) When finally getting a response, still given the wrong unit lockbox code. No parking pass was given even when requested. Hence, a notice our car was going to be towed was placed on our car. We had to find our own help from an owner in the condo complex. Unit was VERY DIRTY. Main kitchen light was broken. Internet kept going down which required the cable company to have to come out and fix. We lost three hours of a beautiful day due to this. The NSB team had very little concern with our issues.
