The south end of the building where this unit is located in now under way. NOISE is likely Monday - Friday 745 a to 4 pm weather permitting. \*\*\*\*Balcony is closed during the working hours of 745 a to 4 pm M - F due to swing stage passing by\*\* After the installation of all new balcony glass, this unit got all new flooring, living room furniture, a new walk in shower in the guest bathroom and a fresh coat of paint throughout Additional upgrades still coming. Highly recommend this property! The wraparound balcony was our favorite thing about this condo. We had the most amazing views of both the ocean side as well as Daytona. The unit is very spacious including 2 good size bedrooms with a shared bath and then a gracious master suite with private balcony access.
