Not the greatest part of town-Fairfield Commons in nicer. This was fine. COMPLAINT:not posting online, through booking apps, or on your website that the pool is out of service is unacceptable. Vacationers look for this amenity and book accordingly. POOL & HOT TUB, GYM, and OUTDOOR FIRE PIT SEATING-all vacation amenities expected in Springhill Stuites by Marriott Hotels, if they are unavailable guests should see that before booking no matter how or what method they use to book the reservation.

Very friendly staff and such a beautiful clean Hotel. From the entrance to my room, everything was crispy clean. And I love it when it’s this clean. Will definitely be booking the same hotel again for my trip next year!

I only had to stay for a night for my daughter's competition. The room was clean and comfortable. The guy who checked us in was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

Only negative thing to say about this stay was the breakfast this morning. There were no bowls so the kids had to eat cereal out of cups. And the food was very picked over and the area was messy. Otherwise it was a great stay.

The breakfast at this SpringHill is not comparable to many that we’ve stayed at. A lot of packaged items. Only hot food available on the morning we ate, pre prepped eggs and ham slices.

It was really nice. So nice that we stayed there twice - both times we went through Dayton on our road trip. My 9 year old twins loved it!

The property itself is nice. There was a used condom in my closet, but the front desk person was very helpful in resolving the issue. They are poorly understaffed. Breakfast was poor - there wasn’t enough food for the guests and they didn’t/wouldn’t restock. There were no towels in the pool so we had to get our own. The pool was also very cloudy/poorly maintained. If they got appropriate service staff, this hotel could really be great.

Mix-up in room clean, which was every other day. Breakfast is very mediocre, has very little variety and many items, including coffee, would run out without replacement long before breakfast hour conclusion. Breakfast hostess friendly but loud with ez evasive cackling

Room was large, clean, and pretty. Pool was nice. Breakfast was very disappointing, though. Not a lot of options especially with kids. Waffle machine was broken (I understand things happen), but the alternative was stale bagels and gluten free muffins.

We were unable to check-in upon arrival due to their computer system being down. Left to get food. When we came back an hour later the system was still down. They could not give us an estimate as to when the problem would be resolved. It was getting late and we were tired after traveling all day. We booked another room at a nearby hotel. Springhill Suites refused to refund our money. Extremely disappointing!

Clean and comfy room. Had to ask for sheets for the pullout but that was it. Breakfast only goes until 9 so missed it after a long day of travelling.

OK STAY
The stay was ok -- nothing fabulous. Disapointing there was no bartender, even though happy hour was noted and displayed everyday at 5pm. Definatey appeared short handed in every aspect.

Enjoyed our stay!!
Comfy beds. Large, clean room. We experienced a nice quiet stay. Pool was nice and warm. Staff was very friendly. Safe area with lots of dining options. We would stay here again.
