Very clean. Nice room. The mattress was not as comfortable as it could have been. But, we enjoyed our stay. Free breakfast each am and was great. Choices and fresh. We came into town for the Air-force museum. We also went to the Weight brothers museum. If your in town make sure you visit these two places. You won’t be disappointed. Restaurants in walking distance was nice as well.

Everything was great until breakfast. We were told, at check-in, breakfast was 6-9. We got there at 8:15 and there wasn’t much available. The attendant brought out more sausage…4 pieces for a room full of guests. At 8:45, a couple of guests showed up expecting some breakfast. There was no milk, no coffee, no sausage, a couple eggs (that were cold) and some cereal (no milk). The fruit in the bowl was the worst fruit I have ever seen. This is just a sampling of the issues. The attendant started cleaning up early and by 9:05, most of everything had been cleaned up and put away. Quite a few of the guests were very upset they had minimal offerings for breakfast, if none at all. Could have stayed at another hotel with a good breakfast…even right next door!

We had so many issues in the first 15 minutes of getting into our room. The staff ended up moving us rooms but the employee that moved us rlinto a different room didn't put in the computer she moved us so a day after being there we had a random person open our door with a key card. It was supposed to be their room for that night

An unfortunate stay
Unfortunate, they did not have enough breakfast for the guests. There were guests from other hotels sharing the pool which was over crowded. the floors were dirty and the lights in my room were not working properly.

Convenient to Wright Patterson. Shower leaked into room below us and an employee contacted us about it, and then nothing. We waited over an hour to continue with our showers and never heard from anyone again. Breakfast on Friday was packed, only 2 empty tables in the entire place and they did not keep the food supplied through 9:00am. When I came down with 5-10 minutes remaining of breakfast, there were literally a couple of bagels, a couple of english muffins & 2 strips of chicken and over 10 people waiting in line to get that. Very disappointed that they let the food run out close to end of service when there were so many people obviously still hungry.

We have stayed before and felt neutral about this accommodation but the excellent rating on hotels.com prompted us to give it another try. WHAT A MISTAKE!! The floors were dirty the pool was COLD and dirty there was not enough breakfast either morning and instead of the staff doing something about any of this they just commiserated with us. NEVER AGAIN!

Check in was great. The room was nice and clean. However, once the staff changed so did the service. My key card quit working, I went to the service desk, there was no one there. Tried using the pool, it was ice cold! Tried calling the front desk to get some towels, no answer! Had to shower with hand towels. I paid too much money to stay here for this type of service.

Our first night there we let the front desk know that the toilet handle was broken and it made flushing the toilet very hard. We stayed from the 12-23 through 12-26-2023 and it was never corrected.

This is a really nice hotel, the room was ezceptionally clean and the layout is very thoughtful and comfortable. No really trouble with the noise and there is lots of parking. The breakfast choices were a little limited and we didnt use the pool so can't speak to that. Front desk was friendly and someone was there all the time. It is in a shopping center area,which makes for some congestion and driving confusion, but otoh if you need a place to eat or shop there are LOTS of choices. We would stay here again.

An amazing location for seeing the Air Force Museum, Wright State or the Air Force base. You can walk to no less than 10 restaurants! A great place to just park the car and have a grand selection of places. The mall is also within a quick walk as is a major movie theater. Won’t be stuck in your room at this hotel! Staff was courteous and proactively dealt with an issue in my room ( the AC contacted the front desk and asked for service before I could do it!). Good for the value, location is around so much as to be the perfect choice.

Your front desk staff is top shelf and the bartender is friendly. And I can’t tell you how many guests told me they love staying here. One man began a conversation with “I stay everywhere but this is my favorite.” True story! And it was completely unsolicited. The staff as a whole is incredibly friendly.

Lovely hotel. Neat and clean. Staff very pleasant, receptive, and friendly. The bed unfortunately was lumpy and hard making sleep difficult. A good night’s sleep is very important to me. Other than that, a very nice experience. Please update your king beds.
