The house was as advertised and comfortable. We were able to walk from the college downtown area to the house fairly easily and it was close to the dorms as well. The communication with the Property Manager was great and check-in was easy. The only caveat I would say is if you are they with friend families, the bathroom situation could be a little challenging. My nieces said the twin beds were uncomfortable, everyone else found the beds a bit soft but alright. There were some wasps in the house. Overall, we had a super time at this property. It worked out great for our group of five that attended the UD graduation weekend festivities. The home is old -however it was super clean and had a ton of amenities that contributed to our pleasurable experience. As a previous reviewer had noted, the steps to enter the home are quite steep and narrow width. However with caution and railing support, my 80 year old parents managed them just fine. The only complaint was that the clock in the primary bedroom kept going off at 7:00 am and none of us could figure out how to change that setting. Very minor inconvenience though.
