Located just 4 miles from downtown Dayton, this pet-friendly home is close to major attractions, hospitals, and universities while offering a quiet neighborhood escape.

Outdoor Amenities: ✔ Backyard: Two Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing or letting pets and kids play. ✔ Front Porch: Two Adirondack chairs, ideal for enjoying coffee or evening chats.
A starter set of essentials is provided, including paper towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and coffee. Linens and towels are also included, so you can pack light.
Must sign rental agreement upon booking and upload Government ID. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform IDs, security deposits, and rental agreements. A $300 security hold will be placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, if no damages are reported. Quiet hours - 10pm-8am We allow up to 2 dogs only with a $150 pet fee, must follow our dog policy. --There will be a $500 fee for Smoking at the property. --$300 for unauthorized late checkouts - guest will be responsible for the cost of impact to the next booking
Mail & Packages Policy - For the security of our guests and the property, we are unable to accept mail or package deliveries at this address for any length of stay. We recommend arranging deliveries to a nearby pickup location or local postal service.
Dogs Policy: - We only accept dogs.
Pre-approval is required for ALL dogs even service animals which are always approved and not charged. This is an insurance requirement. If you are booking with a Service Animal please answer the following questions:
1) Do you require the service animal because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the service animal been trained to perform?
Emotional Support Animals must meet the requirements for pet approval and are subject to the pet fee.
ALL DOGS: - Dogs cannot be left unattended in the home. - Keep off all bedding: if your animal sleeps with you, you must bring your own sheets/blankets. Animal are not allowed on our sheets/blankets. -Bring and use a sheet or blanket of your own to cover the living room furniture if your pet will be on the furniture. - Keep on-leash on the property outside of the home at all times. - Pick up your pet's waste and dispose in the outside container/dumpster only. - Animals may not be bathed as this clogs the drains. - Be considerate of neighbors and control barking, especially between the hours of 10pm and 8am. - You are responsible for any damage caused by your animal. - $150 PER APPROVED pet fee due upon booking.
-- This is a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are strictly observed between 10pm and 8am. -- Street parking available for up to 2 vehicles. Absolutely no parking allowed in front of neighboring homes. -- Absolutely no parties, gatherings, or events. Only guests on the reservation are allowed in the property at any time. If unauthorized individuals enter the property, this WILL result in reservation being forfeited without refund. $40 per person, per night is charged for individuals in home that were not previously disclosed to Host. --No smoking inside the property or the enclosed patio. --Local guests must contact the host before booking. This is to prevent parties/gatherings/events at the property.

The house was great. the privacy of bedrooms and bathrooms was great. the house was newly redone and very clean, convenient and pleasant. The neighborhood was nothing special but it was very quiet and peaceful.
Home was very clean! There’s no drive way, so parking is just in front of the house, which was always easy to find. WiFi info was incorrect, but you can find the correct info on the router box. Still a very pleasant stay!
