"This hotel is aged. Pain peeling, furniture faded and knocked and carpets from a bygone era. Car parking is in the town on a public street which entails carrying luggage a long way to the hotel rail shuttle and then again onto the hotel reception. The rooms are terrible. Very dated. The bed base on the floor with a thin mattress atop a 15cm high base. You don't so much step out of bed when you get above a certain age, as roll out. The bed sagged to so didn't provide comfort. "From the moment I got off the train with my shuttle pickup to my drop off back at the station, I was treated like family. I loved the welcome check-in with Prosecco, the sky bar with fantastic views and fabulous food, and the comfortable room. The hotel is next to the bus station for exploring around St. Moritz and a close walk down to the lake. I took advantage of the wonderful spa and relaxing massage, and my soaking tub each night. I’m glad I stayed 2 nights here for the peace. Thanks to the staff for looking after me so well!"
