that puts outdoor adventure and small-town charm at your fingertips.  
  
Just minutes from multiple hiking adventures, mountain downhill trails, and  
  
road biking, multiple fishing locations, great golfing, and local river fun  
  
businesses. Multiple great downhill skiing, snowboarding, and tubing locations  
  
all winter long. Year-round walking distance to local shops and fabulous  
  
eateries, our home is a cozy base camp for exploring the best of Davis and  
  
nearby Thomas. After a day of adventure, unwind on the deck, roast  
  
marshmallows around the fire pit, or gather in the welcoming indoor living  
  
spaces.  
  
The home features ample space for everyone to spread out, and we’ve included  
  
thoughtful touches both inside and out. Always ready for their guests to enjoy  
  
their time on the mountain. Puzzles, card games, an outdoor gas grill,  
  
cornhole, and so much more. Guests enjoy full private access to the home and  
  
backyard.
