That handicap rooms were on the upper floors. What happens in case of an emergency and the hotel has to be evacuated. My sister can’t walk or go down stairs. Elevators are not in use if there is a fire. I don’t thing anyone understand how hard it is to get a wheelchair through a door that you have to pull open. Doors should be sliding or have a button to push to open door Mirrors should be lower so the person in the wheelchair can see themselves

Hello, I liked my stay at the Fairlane however two things displeased me: The property was undergoing some main lobby upgrades and made an entire dining area unusable. The cardboard boxes and lift were unsightly. The see through shower was very awkward for me as a woman staying with another traveler. I wish j knew about the shower glass situation. Lease refund me for one of my two nights stay. Thanks.
