Fantastic property with superb attention to detail! The staff goes above and beyond to ensure you are well-cared for and happy. Kennedy and her team even left many goodies and bevvies in our room as a surprise when we returned from our evening out! We were shocked and I even teared up, I felt so special! While the hotel has a unique style and a nice atmosphere, our stay was disappointing overall. The rooms were quite small, especially for the price. One of the elevators was out of service during our stay, which meant long waits. We were also told by staff that the restaurant was open, but after making our way there, we found it was actually closed. That was frustrating, especially after planning around it. Complementary coffee station on our floor was also broken. The location is convenient if you want to be close to the action, but it was much noisier than we expected. Between the small rooms, service miscommunication, and the noise, we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
