A good place to stay. Close to the airport

This hotel has an awful, rude, lazy, and incompetent staff. We accidentally left a bag with our belongings in the room, and during the cleaning the housekeeper threw the bag away in the trash. As soon as we noticed that the bag was missing, we immediately went to the lobby and reported that the bag had disappeared and must have been taken during the cleaning. We asked them to find it. We were simply told that it had been thrown away and that the garbage had already been taken out. There were absolutely no apologies. Nobody made any attempt to look for the bag or recover our belongings, and nobody expressed any regret about what had happened. We were made to understand that this was considered completely normal, that our problem was of no interest to the hotel, and that throwing away our belongings was apparently acceptable to them. There were no apologies and no attempt whatsoever to recover our things. Naturally, there was no question of any consequences for the housekeeper who had thrown away our belongings. We were simply told that there was nothing they could do. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience. The way the hotel handled the situation showed a complete lack of responsibility, professionalism, and respect for its guests and their property.

The property was spectacular. Was clean. Location was awesome right in the heart of everything. Love that there was always live music in the lobby. Will definitely stay there again.

I would highly recommend, the service I received was impeccable and just a wonderful experience! I was a bit hesitant regarding the location but once I got there, it turned out to be perfect. The concierge staff was such a pleasure to work with especially ‘Jerry’, who provided recommendations and information. This was such a blessing to us. I would stay here again in a heart beat. It’s a must stay!
