"I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Palestine, TX and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, quiet, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out. My room was spacious, comfortable, and stocked with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I also appreciated the convenient location, which made it easy to get around the area. Overall, the hotel provided excellent value, and I would definitely stay here again when visiting Palestine."

"Everything was immaculate ... clean, organized and thoughtful in presentation. There was even makings for pancakes in the cupboard. The beds were comfortable as was the living room furniture. Throw pillows and blankets were available. Our host was pleasant and quick to respond to our inquires.If only for a couple of days/nights, it was great to leave behind all the hustle of everyday life in the city. Thank you for our wonderful, QUIET and peaceful get-away at the Cowboy Cabin."

"The building was nice. The room was nice. Everything was clean but the people are demons! The staff is rude. They lied to my face. The management is inhumane and they're all just a bunch of greedy cold-hearted zero customer service corporate Moguls! I booked two nights but when I got to the hotel it turned into one night with two rooms which I'm sure is my fault but I don't know how it happened and should have been an easy fix! Instead of fixing it they just said they will not change it for anything and I just lost my money and nothing I can do about it! The cold-hearted insensitivity of their employees and management make this place a very poor choice! I will forever tell everybody I know. What a horrible place this is and will never darken their doorway again!"

"Room was clean and freshly painted, I assume the tub/shower was going to get a liner, it needs one. I am fairly certain I requested downstairs while booking through Expedia, but they said no at check-in. Breakfast wasn't visually appealing (eggs and sausage) but tasted good. Coffee was good."
