This beautiful 2-Bed, 2-Bath condo has been updated in 2023 with new furniture, bedding, linens etc. Beautiful beach views can be seen from the Living Room, Master Bedroom and Rear Balcony. Park outside this condo on the 3rd floor of the parking garage, and walk to your door without using an elevator!

Enjoy a cocktail on the beautiful private balcony with dining table & chairs, sofa and enclosed storage for all of your beach toys. Sip a cup of your favorite coffee in the cozy living room with beautiful views. High-definition TV's in both bedrooms and living room. The laundry room is equipped with a washer and dryer.

This condo was PERFECT for our family of 4. The bedrooms were spacious and the place was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and you can’t beat that view! All of the cookware was really nice and the ice machine was always full in the freezer. They even had a beach wagon for us to take down to the beach.

Close restaurants within walking distance. Pretty good distance to the beach. You can’t hear the ocean. The condo was clean and updated. There were plenty of pans and a nice sofa. The beds are really soft not firm. The beach wagon was a nice touch. The pools were great!

Very clean

The condo was very clean and had a great view of the beach. Sitting on the balcony, viewing the ships coming in and out of Mobile and looking at the oil rigs were very relaxing. This was perfect for a weekend getaway and close proximity to Mobile.

This beach was not as crowded as some others farther east which I think is a plus. If you want to cook for yourself you may want to buy some food prior to coming to the island.

Peaceful Getaway

The property itself was immaculate and looked even better than the pictures! Having beach access and two pools was also a huge plus. You can also walk directly across the street and have multiple restaurants to choose from. The owner was easy to get a hold of and made sure our stay was perfect. Will definitely book again!

We stay at Holiday Isle often. The location of this unit is GREAT! You can park and walk right into your unit without elevators. You can still see the entire beach from this unit as well. Great couch- plenty of room for everyone to lounge which was great! Beds are super comfy. Owner was easy to communicate with.

The view is worth it!

Overall this condo couldn't have been better. The king size bed was 100% the best bed I've ever slept in. The living room and kitchen were very well appointed. The balcony had the best view you could ask for. Beach access was good too. Condo amenities were nice to have, especially the hot tub. Across the street is shopping and restaurants!

Another Great DI Stay!

This is a very nice Holiday Isle condo and a great fit for what we expect when we visit DI. Furnishings were comfortable, and the decor was tasteful…I especially appreciated the lack of clutter. In terms of accessibility, it is literally steps from the 3rd Level parking area which makes loading and unloading a breeze. Beach access is more difficult for those who might have issues with walking. This is not a slight on this property, just the reality of staying at Holiday Isle. We look forward to returning!

Second Year Here

This property is clean, nicely decorated, and well-appointed in terms of the kitchen, laundry room, and linens. It is ideally located in relation to the parking area which makes loading/unloading a breeze. The balcony is nice for enjoying the view. We did have to contend with cigarette smoke from a nearby balcony or ground level which sent us indoors off/on (but that is beyond the control of the owner.) This is our second stay here, and we would stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing!!

We stayed on the third floor of the condo. The condo was absolutely clean. Two full rooms with full bathrooms. Coming from a mom of a youngster, my husband and I shared the king size bed with our daughter, and never felt cramped. The walk to the beach was about a mile from our condo door, down the elevator, down the beach access and to any spot we wanted on the beach. We never felt crowed the entire time there! It was very family friendly. We stayed in bewteen storms so we had a yellow flag on one day we stayed, but got to stay the second day on the beach and in the water with a green flag. Everything is within driving distance, or you can rent golf carts to traverse the island. We got to eat at the local eateries and visited the aquarium. I will definitely revisit the island and the condo! Thank you for making wonderful memories for my family!!

Great Vacation Getaway!

We usually stay on the 5th floor of Holiday Isle on our yearly Dauphin Island excursion, but this year we tried a different location in the building and we weren't disappointed. Tastefully decorated, roomy, and quiet--we loved it! The only disappointment was the cleanliness. i needed to move a table to retrieve a toy and was met with hair, dust, unidentifiable debris and a few dead insects. I understand this is a no pet property, but we found cat claws on the living room rug. I retrieved a pillow out of the master bedroom closet and was rather grossed out due to the stains that appeared to be body fluids on the pillow case. I know I am rather picky about cleanliness. Other than that, everything was great.
