"I’ve reviewed this house the last two times we have stayed and it did not disappoint this stay either! The ages of our group was from 74 to 5 & the close proximity to the beach is one of the reasons we love this house. Everyone can easily walk to and from the beach. We got out a few of the bikes that are beneath the house and rode in the afternoon, which was so much fun! The house is well stocked with everything from blankets, to beach towels, sand toys and chairs (really nice ones). We used the grill, which was a nice Weber charcoal grill. If you’re looking for a fancy, all bright white, new house this may not be your house….but if your looking for practical, family friendly, well stocked house that you can be comfortable in for a week, then look no further. Oh…and it says it is a pet friendly house. We did not bring pets and our son has a dog allergy. We never smelled dog or saw any dog hair. His allergies never acted up, so I felt that spoke volumes to the cleanliness of the home."

"Beautiful House! This property has absolutely everything you need and it is decorated perfectly! We enjoyed our stay so much. The beds are super comfy! It is a great location if you like to fish and it has a great view. I highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed."

"It was a cozy comfortable space, clean and cool upon arrival which was such a welcome after a long hot day. Close to everything and very quiet, had neighbors on either side and still very quiet."

"This was my second time staying at this location and would recommend it. Just mins from the beach, golf course, grocery store, and restaurants. Great central location and very clean. Great communication with the host and easy transaction! We will be back!"

Island food wasn’t good at all we ate out the whole time we were there and was disappointed at every place except for islanders that was delish and amazing service! Beach was so nice bay had tons of mosquitoes:("

"Three bedrooms was perfect for 2 adults, 3 kiddos, and a dog. Bay was always calm for swimming and never crowded. The gulf wasn't too far of a walk. Bring bug spray or pants and loose long sleeves for the walk out to the water due to mosquitoes, though the skeeters are worse some days over others. House was in good shape, loved the couch covers so pup could sit with us without worry. Back deck was perfect to watch the bay and eat outside. Hoses under the house and on the deck helped reduce the sand we brought in! Overall, would stay again unless we try to stay on the Gulf side next time."

"The condo was nice, however 2 fights of steps was too much. I asked about elevator but reply was steps were not too steep. I had surgery in March and recovering from multiple fractures from fall in January. More than one night impossible."
