We stayed five nights total and had three issues. The first was that we told the agency we would have four people staying in the unit and were issued two keys, one of which didn't work at all. We arrived on a Sunday and picked up keys from the lockbox across the street. When we went back to the office the next morning to address the key issue, they told us to see the people at the front desk to have our keys re-coded. As an owner to another unit in the building, those people at the front desk work for an opposing rental agency -- it was very unprofessional to expect them to recode keys for this unit.
Second issue was that on the second night, in the middle of the night, for no apparent reason, the jacuzzi jets turned on and off by themselves repeatedly. We reported it to the agency but have no idea if they even checked on it while we were there.
There were a total of four bath towels in the unit - for four adults for a week.
The guest room was shown in the photos as having a single bed and a set of bunks. We arrived to two single beds.
Lastly, the mattresses were awful! The master bedroom mattress was so lumpy that it was more like two singles with a big speed bump in the middle of the bed.
We are aware that many of the owners at this complex rent on a fairly continuous basis, but this unit is a continuous rental and really needs some maintenance and updating to meet the standard of this complex.
Also, according to the HOA, there was supposed to be a list of rules/regulations (pool hours, etc) in the unit and there was none provided.
