Charming vacation apartment on Lake Dassow - Baltic Sea - natural idyll meets comfort

  • This light-flooded architect's house was completely renovated in 2016. Whether on foot to Dassower See - directly at the nature reserve or by bike in about 3 km distance on bike paths without traffic to the Baltic Sea beach - here there is pure relaxation!
    The over 1400 square meter garden invites young and old. Watch the flocks of birds passing by from the 40 sqm roof terrace with a view of the lake.
    From time to time the mouflons - wild sheep pass by and you can even discover Nandus - yes nature and pure relaxation!
    Your apartment was completely refurbished in 2016 - all furniture, beds, kitchen, stove, flooring, bathroom, etc. everything is new!
    The large kitchen-dining room and living room area with direct terrace access is a highlight - the cozy seating area with fireplace and flat screen increases the feel-good factor. You will find everything you need in the kitchen!
    In the spacious bathroom you will find a bathtub and a walk-in shower. and the master bedroom - now with a new Velux window !!!!leads directly to the large roof terrace.
    Another sleeping possibility is now new! above the living room - 2 people can comfortably sleep here. Also ideal for children who have their own "realm" there.
    Another bedroom is next to the bathroom with a queen size bed for 2 people.
    Shops in Dassow about 4km beach 3km Travemünde 8km- everything accessible by bike! the romantic moated castle right next door ...
    The most beautiful beach can be found in Barendorf - easily accessible in 10 minutes by car (parking near the beach (€ 4 day from 1430 € 2.50 from 1700 free)
    A short trip by ferry from Priwall to Travemünde is a must
    Here you can watch everything from the first row in the yacht and fishing port - large ferries from Norway and Sweden cruise ships, the 4 mast Passat and countless dinghies and boats - there are plenty of them and beach chairs invite you to linger on the promenade for a latte.
    You definitely have to go to Fischfeinkost Wöbke Kurgartenstr. 94 everything easily accessible on foot - there is still a queue .... and fresh wood oven baguette from the baker .....
    In Johannstorf you do not pay tourist tax!Also note our special offers!

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Check-in und Checkout waren problemlos. WLAN war die ganze Zeit stabil und lief die ganze Zeit super. Sehr ruhige und gemütliche Unterkunft.Nette Betreuung vor Ort und auch der Vermieter reagiert schnell und zuverlässig bei Fragen.Das Einzige was uns ein wenig "gestört" hat war der doch recht kleine Kühlschrank für 6 Personen. Sitzplätze waren an sixh ausreichend aber wir haben bei schlechtem Wetter immer den Balkontisch rein gestellt mit 2 Balkonstühlen (da Küchentisch schon für vier Personen recht klein war und man für die Küchenzeile im weg saß) und bei schönem Wetter haben wir umgekehrt den Tisch mit Stühlen raus gestellt, da wäre es schöner drinnen direkt ein Tisch mit 6 Stühlen zu haben und auf dem Balkon wäre eine gemütliche Sitzecke super, da hier viel Platz und mehr Potential zur Nutzung wäre.Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Ruhe genossen.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage

Trotz vielem Regen haben wir viel in der Gegend machen können: von den Karl-May-Festspielen, Minimare in Kalkhorst und Besuch in Boltenhagen…. Alles zu empfehlen. Bei mehr Sonnenschein hätten wir den Strand mehr nutzen können- dann wäre es top gewesen. Haus und Grundstück sind klasse! Tolle Sicht für die Erwachsenen und trotzdem Platz für Fußball-Spielende Kinder. Danke!

Schöne und ruhige Lage

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet und hat einen sehr schönen Schnitt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft schön. Wir haben das Wandern und Radfahren bei unserem Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir als Familie haben beschlossen - hier müssen wir auf jeden Fall nochmal hin. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und der Verwalterin war einwandfrei. Das Willkommenspräsent ein Traum. Vielen lieben Dank für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Ruhig, sonnig, gemütlich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr ruhig, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz auch für etwas größere Familien (wir sind 6). Highlight ist die, (fast) den ganzen Tag sonnige, Terrasse, auf der es sich gut frühstücken und abendessen (Mittags war es einfach zu viel Sonne und wir waren meist unterwegs) lässt und die einen schönen Blick in den gepflegten Garten, über die Felder auf den Dassower See bietet. Der Dassower See ist ein Naturschutzgebiet und daher, obwohl sehr nahe gelegen, nicht zum baden geeignet. Wir haben uns die Fahrräder ausgeliehen - Empfehlung - mit denen kommt man autofrei zum Strand. (schöne Strecke - gut zu fahren, über die Felder und durch kleine Wäldchen). Wichtig für Teenies: Es gibt funktionierendes WLAN ;)

Naturschutzgebiet und Hunde

Dort ist eine wunderschöne Landschaft. Leider nicht wirklich zugänglich. Der See war quasi nur von weitem zu sehen. Es wäre gut, wenn das im Angebot klar geschrieben würde. Wir kannten diesen Ausschluss nicht. Hier in NRW ist das wohl anders in den NSG. Hunde: auf der Straße in Johannstorf war es gewöhnlich ruhig, da es dort lediglich 72 Einwohner gibt. Dafür gibt es scheinbar auch halb so viele Hunde dazu, die leider teilweise tags und nachts kläffen. Und ich benutze das Wort "Kläffen", weil es meist andauert und niemand schreitet ein. Wenn ein Wachhund ein-/zweimal anschlägt, wäre das ja in.O. Aber so ist das wirklich störend, da wir nachts davon geweckt wurden. Das "denkmalgeschützte" Kopfsteinpflaster ist auch nicht wirklich anwohnerfreundlich.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Sehr freundlicher und angenehmer Vermieter und eine nette Hausverwalterin. Die Wohnung mit großem Balkon bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf den Dassower See. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen Spaß machte. Fahrradtouren in die Umgebung gut möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Zusammenfassung

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend und ist mit allen ausgestattet was für den Alltag benötigt wird. Die Fahrer machen einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Strand und Travemünde sind leicht mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen... Wir werden ganz sicher wiederkommen. :-)

Erholung pur

Die FeWo liegt sehr ruhig und bietet viel Platz. Ideal zum Entspannen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Dassow ca. 4km entfernt. Travemünde ist in 7 km zu erreichen. Fahrradwege sind gut ausgebaut und ausgeschildert, so dass die Ostsee im wenigen km zu erreichen ist.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Wir haben Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Fewo ist sauber, bestens ausgestatttet, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Ruhe ist unübertroffen. Natur pr. Aber dennoch alles, was das Herz begehrt in Fahrradreichweite. Prowall, Travemünde, Lübeck, aber auch einsame Strandabschnitte, wenn man nicht so viel zum baden anziehen will. einfach perfekt, wenn man keinen Partyurlaub will.

Ruhiger und gemütlicher Kurzurlaub

Wir waren mit der kompletten Familie vor Ort ( 6 Personen ), dass einchecken verlief reibungslos. Wir konnten schon 2 Stunden früher in das Haus. Jeder hatte genug Platz und konnte sich auch mal zurückziehen falls er seine Ruhe brauchte. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt zum Beispiel im Sommer, würde ich das Objekt nicht noch einmal buchen, man ist immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Ansonsten sehr gerne wieder.
