Completed in 2014 holiday offers pure holiday enjoyment; Happiness and beach here are very close together. This harmonious embedding surrounded by meadows and nature makes this area an ideal starting point for a relaxing and adventurous vacation at the seaside.

In the beautiful semi-detached house up to four people on about 100 square meters can leave everyday life behind. As you enter you feel the comforting atmosphere. On the ground floor living, dining and kitchen area to unite a spacious room with adjoining south / west terrace. Upstairs is a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds and a lounge sofa bed. Inside the building are two bathrooms with shower or Bath and a sauna.

As one of the most popular destinations in Germany, the Baltic Sea, with its healthy sea air, the region is with the most sunshine hours.

Nice house close to the beach

We really injoyed our family vacation in this house. The location is very quite and close to the beach, so perfect for a relaxing time-out. For families it is very comfortable, a long table in the big kitchen and living room, two rooms with enough space for everyone and even some toys for the kids in the living room. Our little one loved the duplo stones and playing on the terasse and in the garden. We really did not miss anything here. Thanks a lot for the chance to stay here and we really look forward to come back some day. All the best Jana and Family

Lovely house and great location

This is a lovely property, spacious and comfortable and well looked after. It is generally well equipped and the garden is a real bonus. It was very clean when we arrived and the check in couldn’t have been any simpler. The location is great, around 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach and the supermarkets in Schoenberg are about 15 minutes by car. If you like Star Wars you should visit Outpost One in Dassow - it was amazing. Lübeck is also well worth a visit. Finally, I was unwell during our break and Sarah was fantastic in arranging a doctors appointment on the same day. Thank you Sarah and Axel.

Entspannter Ostseeurlaub

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier. Es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sauber und schön ausgestattet mit einer schönen Terrasse und Garten. Es ist genügend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei Kindern. Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub in Rosenhagen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, es war so erholsam ! Das Haus ist geschmackvoll, hochwertig und funktional gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Sauna ist klein, aber für 2 Personen ausreichend - und statt Ruheraum gehts ab in den Strandkorb ;-) Durch die Lage ist es sehr ruhig, nebenan gibts frische Eier, zum Strand sind es 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Es gibt lohnenswerte Ziele in der Umgebung, und bei schlechtem Wetter kann man sich im Haus wohlfühlen.

Sehr schöner entspannter Ostseeurlaub

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage an der Ostsee. Das Haus hatte alles was man braucht und ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen. Zu Fuß waren wir mit den Kindern (5 und 2 Jahre) in 10 Minuten am Strand. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach schön!

Wir lieben den extremen Kontrast zwischen dem weiten ruhigen Nordwestmecklenburg und dem Tourismushotspot Travemünde. Je nach Stimmung, Laune, Wetter oder Veranstaltungen kann man hier in fast menschenleerer Natur vollkommen abschalten oder sich mitten ins Getümmel stürzen. Wir kennen keinen vergleichbaren Urlaubsort. Wenn das Wetter mit macht kann man tolle Strandtage verbringen. Wir waren das zweite Mal im Haus. Wenn alles vertraut ist, kommt man noch schneller in den Urlaubsmodus. Das Haus hat sich wie eine zweite Heimat angefühlt, nicht wie ein Übernachtungsquartier. Einrichtung und Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir empfehlen es sehr gerne weiter!

Super schönes Ferienhaus in Strandnähe.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Ruhig Lage und einfach zu finden. Schöne moderne Zimmer, großer Ess- und Wohnbereich und alles sehr sauber. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Bäder gibts mit Dusche und Badewanne und für uns ganz wichtig mit Sauna. Die Entfernung zum Strand ist fußläufig und schnell zu erreichen. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Prinzipiell ordentliche Unterkunft mit Schwächen

Das Haus ist prinzipiell ok. Es ist groß, neu und sauber. Von einigen Punkten abgesehen ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist gut: sehr ruhig, nah am Meer und mit guten Zugang Richtung Priwall und Travemünde. Was uns nicht gefiehl waren zum einen einige kleinere Mängel im Konzept. Das Haus vermarktet sich mit einem teuren Preis und auch mit Ausstattung wie Sauna und Kamin als eher luxuriöse Unterkunft (was wir jetzt auch gesucht haben). Dafür stimmen dann aber viele kleine Details nicht: nur ein Spültab für die Spülmaschine, das Kaminholz muss man sich selber im Baumarkt kaufen, das WLAN ist langsam und funktioniert in der ersten Etage nicht. Die Ausstattung hat keine persönliche Note und es gibt auch keinen Willkommensgruß. Wir mussten Endreinigung mit einem ordentlichen Betrag bezahlen und sollten das Haus trotzdem Besenrein hinterlassen und die Spülmaschine ausräumen. Ein richtiges Ärgernis war, dass es weder Bettwäsche noch Handtücher gab. Die stehen zwar auch nicht in der Ausstattungsliste, aber bei so einem Preis gingen wir davon aus, dass das als Grundausstattung vorhanden war. So standen wir bei unserer Ankunft abends ohne da. Das einzige, dass die Vermieterin nach halbstündiger Klärung als Lösung anbieten konnte war die Aussage, dass das "in Dänemark ja auch so wäre" und das wir Wäsche von der Putzfrau leihen könnten...für 50€ Aufpreis. Wir sind dann in den Ikea bei Lübeck und haben für 50€ Wäsche gekauft. Und planen nicht, nochmal her zu kommen.

Ruhiger Ferienort inmitten weitläufiger ländlicher Umgebung, ideal für ausgedehnte Radtouren oder einfach zum faulenzen, 800m zum Naturbadestrand, 6 km zum Tourismus Hotspot Travemünde, dadurch herrlicher Kontrast! Am Haus haben wir nichts zu kritisieren, geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts.

Erholsamer, entspannter Familienurlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist gemütlich eingerichtete, es fehlt an nichts und für eine Familie ist ausreichend Platz. Rosenhagen ist ein kleiner verschlafener Ort, der einen tollen Naturstrand hat und die Nähe zu vielen tollen Ausflugszielen. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem schönen Zuhause und kommen gerne wieder.

Erholsamer Urlaub in dörflicher Umgebung

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Ferienhaus (Doppelhaushälfte) in Rosenhagen. Nur ca. 600 bis 700 m vom Naturstrand entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 20 Minuten in Travemünde. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet. In der Küche ist alles was man zum Kochen benötigt. Es ist viel Geschirr und Besteck sowie Kochtöpfe und Pfannen vorhanden. Auch Öl, und Gewürze waren vorhanden. Ein Highlight ist die Sauna und der Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es wurde auch ein Brötchenservice angeboten, den wir aber nicht genutzt haben.

Wirklich schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber. Alles was das Herz begehrt war da. 5 von 5 Sternen. Das einzige Manko waren die Couch Garnituren, optisch passend aber leider nicht gemütlich zum liegen. Gerade mit meinen 1,86m konnte man dort nicht komplett abschalten. Kommen gerne im Sommer mal wieder und würden die schöne Terasse inkl. Strandkorb dann mal nutzen. Übergabe mit dem Schlüssel und dem Haus auch sehr angenehm.
