"Great location with easy access to major attractions and a beautiful river and sunset view. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Following are the issues I faced: Lack of Transparency / Misleading Information 1. Access to the spa and swimming pool required an additional €20 per person, which was not mentioned in the listing or during the booking process. 2. A €1 mandatory per person per day local tax was only disclosed at check-in. This lack of prior communication puts guests in a position where they have no real choice but to accept the charge. Additional Concerns 1. I paid extra for a king-size bed but was provided with two single mattresses pushed together. The mattresses separated during the night, causing discomfort and disturbed sleep. This does not meet expectations when a king bed is specifically booked and paid for. 2. The room was uncomfortably warm. Although the radiator was off, the air conditioning was not operational (only enabled later in the season). Opening the window was not a practical alternative due to significant noise from the nearby road, which further affected sleep quality."

"Very good spa, rooms are beautiful, well stocked, great location, no noise, excellent dinner, highly recommend. Only thing i wasnt keen on was the breakfast, it was quite limited but it didnt matter too much. "

"The good points are pool wash perfect and the sauna’s nice but Unfortunately 1. Spa centar wash separate from hotel so after spa I need to walk out side in the snow and -20 digress to my room aroun 50 meters ,now after that off ofcorse I’m sick now. 2.spa open from 13:00 3.not enough clean room"

"Offered refund not via Expedia account but asked to provide my card details which is illegal. Refund was for broken shower which prevented to have it. No dishwashing liquid despite sponge and cooking facilities provided. Dirty mug, which obviously was there for a while. No hairdryer. This was my mistake to book here! Do not recommend"
