The middle floor is the heart of the home, a large open-plan living area with vaulted ceiling and cosy gas-fired burner, perfect for relaxed evenings after coastal walks. French doors open onto a wooden balcony where you can sit with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, gazing across Dartmouth’s rooftops towards the harbour.
The adjoining kitchen and dining space is equally inviting. A pale oak dining table comfortably seats six, while the white wooden kitchen, topped with solid oak worktops, is fully equipped for self-catering holidays. There’s a coffee machine (pods provided), dishwasher, washing machine and all the essentials needed for relaxed family meals or celebratory suppers.
Sleeping up to six guests across three generous double bedrooms, comfort is assured. The superking room (zip-link, can be twin on request) and twin bedroom are located on the ground floor, each opening via French doors onto a balcony with steps leading to a small garden area. These rooms share a stylish family bathroom and separate cloakroom. On the top floor, the king-size suite enjoys exclusive use of a spacious shower room. All beds feature high-quality mattresses with Egyptian cotton, hotel-quality bedding, and white bath and hand towels are provided.
A striking mezzanine gallery with picture window offers an additional architectural feature and a quiet vantage point overlooking the harbour, a beautiful spot to pause and take in the view.
Outside, the shared heated swimming pool (open May to September, approximately 27°C) provides a welcome treat during warmer months.
