The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I had very low expectations for the included breakfast but it was fantastic. Homemade baked goods every morning, breakfast sandwiches, scrambled eggs, bacon, fruit, different types of breads, cereal. We were always offered a cappuccino. It was great. It's a bit of a walk from the city center but it's very doable and the public transit system is great. I will stay here again the next time I'm in Rome.

"I stayed in June with temperatures in the mid 20's. The room was a lot warmer but the air conditioning couldn't be set lower than 24 degrees. When I asked reception how to get it cooler to be able sleep I was told it "can't be set lower as the temperature range is controlled by our office in Budapest." ..."

Frequently asked questions

How much does a Darnó travel package cost?
Starting from only £294, a travel package is your gateway to cheap travel. Put together your Darnó trip by selecting from our huge range of hotels, flights and rental cars.
If I'm not able to travel, can I cancel my Darnó travel package?
Don't worry if you're rethinking your Darnó travel package — you can cancel or change your booking. And if you've booked it within 24 hours, you may be able to do it at no cost. However, bookings made more than 24 hours ago may incur a fee from your hotel, airline or car rental company. We realise your circumstances can suddenly change, so head to our Customer Service Portal if that occurs. When you're ready to make changes, we'll be here to help.
How do I get a cheap travel package to Darnó?
Combine your flight and hotel bookings, add extras such as tours, and save with a Darnó holiday package. You won't just score amazing discounts on your escape — you'll have plenty of choice at your fingertips too. When you book through Expedia, you can select from more than 550 partner airlines and 1,000,000 hotels around the globe. Your next big adventure starts right here, right now!
Does Expedia offer Book Now, Pay Later Darnó holidays?
Your bank balance shouldn't get in the way of taking a holiday, so Expedia has worked out a solution to help. Now that we've partnered with online lender Klarna, it's easier than ever to book an incredible getaway without hurting your hip pocket. Klarna offers flexible payment options at checkout that take the stress out of budgeting for your escape. Consider one of these flexible payment options:

  • Pay monthly holidays: Klarna has manageable monthly payment plans that work for all types of budgets, so you can lock in that well-deserved holiday sooner.
  • Pay in instalments holidays: With this Book Now, Pay Later option, Klarna makes it possible to pay for your trip in multiple transactions.
  • Low deposit holidays: When you want to jump on an incredible deal but your budget doesn't quite cover it yet, Klarna's low deposit holiday plan will help you get what you want.

How far in advance should I book my Darnó holiday?
It depends on the airline, but it's usually possible to look up international flights on Expedia nearly a year in advance. While it's a good idea to book ahead of time, lucky travellers occasionally find a cheaper ticket just weeks prior to their intended journey.
What does an Expedia Darnó travel package include?
That mostly depends on you. You can select from a variety of Darnó packages, such as a flight, rental car and hotel. You can also book a hotel and a flight, or a rental car and a flight. Once you've made your booking, you can add the fun stuff like experiences and tours. Whatever your perfect Darnó break looks like, you'll save!
What should I know before booking a Darnó travel package?
A travel package can be cheaper than individually booking everything you need for your adventure. For example, combine your hotels, flights and rental cars and save a tidy sum. No matter your holiday plans, you'll find a package that's perfect for you.
Can I choose my airline with a Darnó Expedia travel package?
With a travel package, the choice is in your hands. Whether you'd like to fly to Darnó in business or coach, simply select from the available airline options. Expedia has access to over 550 partner airlines worldwide.
