"I booked a suite for family in mid Jan 2017. Size and upkeep of room was good. I requested additional comforter for us and they happily provided the same. I did NOT try food here as we were out and about most of the time. Chech-in and checout was smooth and they happily accepted credit card. Staff was average. "No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid.
The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more."

They were not ready to honour the web booking and were ready to give a written letter to that effect.
Ultimately good sense prevailed and we checked in. Mediocre rooms and facilities.
