"Our short stopover here was fantastic. Our cabin was spacious, well appointed, modern, quiet and comfortable. The new boardwalk runs out from the property and is a very pleasant walk. The beach is clean too. There is a supermarket and great cafe just across the road, so everything is convenient. We will be back."

"This gorgeous little cottage was a home away from home. The picturesque setting among the mountains and green fields was overlooked by a gorgeous large deck with outdoor lounge and huge dining table. The indoor fireplace was stacked with wood and kindling and delightfully warm for our winter getaway.The cottage sleeps up to 4 (two singles and a queen) with two bathrooms. The rooms were large and the beds and pillows were comfortable with extra blankets available (but not required). The kitchen was fully stocked with eggs, milk, coffee pods, salt and pepper grinders, cooking oil, and (always a wonderful surprise) a sharp cutting knife! We did most of our cooking at the house and ventured into Bellingen (a short 5 min drive) away for some lunch and shopping. The hosts were so accommodating, lovely and responsive and we had the most incredible two nights. Highly recommend staying here, we will certainly be back again.Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage "

"We had the most amazing stay here for a hens weekend! The property was absolutely gorgeous, with stunning scenery and such a peaceful atmosphere - the perfect place to relax and celebrate with friends.The host had thought of every little detail. From the fresh eggs waiting in the fridge to all the essentials being stocked and ready for us, it truly felt like a home away from home. Those thoughtful touches made our stay even more special.Every room was spotless, beautifully presented, and incredibly comfortable. The whole property was immaculate and clearly very well cared for.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful getaway."

Secluded Getaway – Cabin & Barn Stay 7 minutes from beautiful Valla beach

"Our stay at this property over the Anzac Day weekend was absolutely fantastic! Sam was such a friendly and kind host, even coming down to help us hopeless city folk get the pizza oven fire started right :) We all enjoyed the badminton/volleyball net and all the card/board games provided for us on arrival. The split accommodation in barn and cabin (2 bedrooms in each) was perfect for two families to be close but have their own space. The bathrooms/laundry were very well equipped, as was the outdoor kitchen with all the mod cons. The fire pit was a big hit with the kids and some marshmallows. There is also additional accommodation in the guest house next door should you have a bigger group, however we didn't need to use this.It is pet friendly and our pup was in heaven with all the freedom and green space - and was very secure with all the fencing around the property.A fantastic stay, highly recommend Sam and her lovely home, and if you have time on the way there or back, stop in at Shelly Beach in Nambucca, the water was so clear, it was beautiful!"
