The property is outdated and the cost should be lower given the condition. The staff was very friendly; more staffing is needed in the dining area and after hours. No snacks are available after hours only water and coffee/tea. Not what I expected.

We liked the resort because it was small and only had 50 cottages. We had minor issues with the quirky outdoor shower that seemed to have a mind of its own and the AC unit which would not respond to input from the remote. The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was kept stocked with what we needed. There was a nearby stage set up on our first night that blared music constantly from 4pm until after midnight. Thankfully it was only one night or our stay would have been terrible. There is only one main restaurant but the menu changes nightly and every meal was excellent.

Galley Bay is a beautiful resort! If you want to relax and be treated well alongside a beautiful beach, this is the place to go! The room was absolutely amazing! It was by far, the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in.My only complaint was that Wi-Fi was really only working in the rooms, and the restaurant choices were limited since only one or two a day was open.
