About this space
Awesomely charming gated beach house in a gated community. A 5 minutes walk to the beach. Features two cozy bedrooms, open floor plan, beautiful garden with mango, lemon, Lime, soursop and guava trees for your enjoyment. Gated community 24/7 security guards posted throughout the compound. Fully air-conditioned, back up water supply, water heater, high speed wifi included. Fully equipped kitchen. Perfect getaway 15km from the ferry.
At check in 50 units of electricity will be provided.
The space
Privacy and security are the most important factors for me. The house is in a gated community and has its own private gate and compound within the community. A quiet neighborhood, house is a small cozy two bedroom with a huge private backyard. Guest ts will have to pay for additional Electricity which costs about $8/100 units
Guest access
The house has two bedrooms, guests will have access to all the rooms except the one bedroom that will be locked. On special arrangements, host may be a able to allow access/use of the second bedroom for an additional fee. This arrangements have to be made in advance. Guest can bring hammocks to use in the backyard under the fruit and palm trees.
Other things to note
- No shoes allowed in the house
- No pets
- No parties, no outside visitors, no overnight guests without previous approval from your host.
- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
This applies to both drugs and internet activity.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- ABSOLUTELY No smoking in the house – also do NOT discard your cigarette butts in the house trash cans or garden. They get stinky.
- No changing of Locks and return all keys
- No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
- Use provided coasters and table mats on tables at all times
- Furniture is not to be Re-Arranged
- Check out on time
- Early check-in or checkout May be allowed
- Guests agree to pay fo damages exceeding deposit
- Respect towels and sheets
- Additional cleaning is extra an Extra Charge
