The WiFi wasn't really working on this level, however, and the "breakfast" was just instant coffee and some cake. The tourist tax which was also 600 on the official rate, I payed 1,000 for, which is definitely well over the unofficial rate; however, I've still accounted for all of the above with my rating, and the staff were all friendly and the price I paid was indeed very reasonable. I would recommend, and would stay again.
